The Roots & Blossoms Fund is Cultivate’s initiative to support artistic and cultural programs for Vermont youth. Aimed at ensuring the arts are accessible for all, we offer vital support to nonprofits that provide opportunities for young artists and storytellers from underrepresented communities to share their voices and grow their talents. Cultivate dedicates 1% of its annual revenue in support of this program.

At Cultivate, we’re passionate about the power of storytelling.
The Roots & Blossoms Fund is dedicated to supporting organizations that provide young people in Vermont with the freedom to explore their creativity and share their unique stories. As a communications firm, we’re also proud to offer in-kind services as part of our grant awards, collaborating directly with recipients to amplify the impact of their work and share their stories with wider audiences.
